Aik insan ko sehtmand rehnay k lihay koun say vitamins ki bohat zaroorat hoti hai ?

Kiss khourak /food mein kitnay oar koun koun say vitamins hotay ...jaisay aik apple ya cup of milk mein koun koun say vitamin hotay hain oar kitnay hotay hain

Kia multi vitamins ki golian lainay mein kohee harj hota hai?

Kia yea sahee hai keh agar vitamins ko goliohoon say agar kissi aik vitamins ki zeadadti ho jahay tou woo urene kay zarhay kharij hojatay hain oar iss wajah say kohee side effect naheen hota.

Kia yea sach hai keh United states mein her fard multi vitamins ki medicine use kerta hai?

Agar app ka pass aisi information hain tou please share karain .

I need to know about vitamins. Which vitamins does a man needs in order to have good health. Which type of vitamins is present in different foods, like which vitamins are present in an apple or in the cup of milk? Is there any problem in taking the tablets of multivitamins? Is that right if any vitamin if produced in excess then it excretes out from the urine? And it does not produce any side effects? Is that right that every person in United States use multi vitamins?

RED.. apple,strawberry,plum,reddish,red beans amouman vit A , kam vit C, vit E , aur iron , folate ,zinc bhe rakhtez..

YELLOW,ORANGE..orange, banana , pumpkin,pineapple .. Potassium and vitc main hain

PURPLE ..ubergeno(baingan), chokandar , Onion , inn mai magnesium, vit k , vit A.. Main ..

GREEN, ... Spinach(palak), cabbage(salad gobhe) vit B and kuch mai potassium and magnesium..

magar aik baat yaad rakhain vit ka aik RDA yani recommend daily allowance ya value ha issey zada nai leni chaheye at all aur balance diet ye daiti ha

agar zada vit hojain tou nausea,vomit,diarrhea,headache,vision problem,bone prob aur bohat kuch ho sakta he

Aik wazahat agar oar ker dain tou app ki bohat megherbani hogi, keh kuch loaq yea bhee kehtay hain keh agar multi vitamins ki medicines ko zeada arsay k lihay use kia jahay tou jism kay andar jo ghaza/khourak say vitamins lainay ka system hai woo ahista aahista slow hojata hai oar aik waqat aisa aata hai keh yea system kaam choar daita hai.
