re:Undescendant Testis

Well brother, first of all I want to tell you that is unusual to have single testis. Few people do have this problem. Normally at birth the testis are descended to the scrotum from the abdomen via canal. Some time one testis remain un-descended or come down even after birth. Once this happens the remaining testis inside the abdomen either destroyed automatically or undergoes malignant change, i.e. they might be turned into testicular cancer. As for as fertility is concerned, those people who have one testis will have full power to generate a new one and they have normal sperm count, however the testis that did not came down might create some problems in later life. Therefore it is advisable to consult a general surgeon who will do thorough examination and investigations and then rule out any complication due to it.

UNDESCENDED TESTIS

I totally agree with Doctor KK, please follow as he advises, the non descent of testes is a serious issue and you must consult a Surgeon.
