The swelling may be a hernia, which is causing discomfort and pain. consult a good surgeon as soon as possible and don't delay this matter.

1. padaish ke waqt testis pait ke andar hota hai. jo ke bad mai pait se nikal kar bahir latak jata hai. yeh dono testis mani ki nali (spermatic cord) se joint hoti hai. mani ki nali ka doosra hissa pait ke andar hota hai. yeh nali pait ki wall ko soorakh (inguinal canal) kar ke andar jata hai.

2. jis soorakh se mani ki nali guzarti hai. woh soorakh kabhi kabhi bara hojata hai. aur phir os soorakh se na sirf mani ki nali ati hai balke choti aant (small intestine) bhi pait se nikal kar testis mai ajati hai.

3. choti aant ka pait ke soorakh se guzar kar testis tak ajane ko hernia kahte hai. hernia ka ilaj sugeon ke zaria karaya jata hai. surgeon aant ko dobara pait ke andar dhakel kar soorakh ko etna chota kardeta hai ke dobara aant is raste se na asake.

4. waise jo log operation nahi karana chahte hai on ke lia hernia belt bhi dastiab hota hai. lekin surgery karana behtar hai.
