mere bazoo aur masals bohat week aur patle hain sir plz aisi koi exercize bataaen ke mere bazoo aur masals fat ho jaaen ,,,,,  aur dr.sahab ye jo gim main ya doosre Doctors se dawa  aur capsuls milte hain jisam ko mota karne ke liye kia in ke koi side effects hain ye koi nuqsaan deti hain aur agar aap jisam ko fat karne ki koi Golian ya aur koi dawa bata dain to shukar guzar hoon ga plz dr,sahab zaroor batana aur  urdu main answer karna

Dear Doctor, I have very thing arms and weak muscles. Do the medications for increasing weight available at Gyms or certain doctors produce any side effect? Kindly solve my problem or let me know the names of medications for gaining weight. Thanks

Well first of all we would like to know your exact body weight and height so that we can assess how much you are weak? However the body weakness must be tackled with improved diet, taking heavy meals etc. The medications that are available at Gyms are not appropriate. We can’t prescribe any medication without prior physical examination.
