Testicular Problem After Injury

Salam to All, Dr Sahab I am 23 years Old bachpan mein 12 saal pehly jodo Karattey club mein practice key doran muje testicle injury ho gaye. darasat jab yeh sab huwa merey testis ka left side ball nechey utar chuka hai .left ball bara bhi ho gaya hai right se, ap muje batai key muje kya huwa hai kya karna chahye. kya muje operation karani chahye k nahe. 3, 4 month mein kabe kabe dard fel hota hai halka sa. mene suna hai key agar testes ka operation sahe na ho to shady key bad kids nahee hote. issi dar ne muje operation se rokey rakha hai, kya muje esy hi shady karleny chahye ya operation karani zaroori hai. kya operation k bad muje bivi k sath sex karne mein problem nahe hoga ya child peda karne mein problems? apki sites vist karta hon n muje buhut help miley hai you are going Great to Helping people. yeh meri frist post hai, Dr Hazraat se Guzarish hai key Meri Mushkil Asaan kar dein. ur post is lengthy but after reading the whole post, it seems that u r only having the problem of occasional pain in testes. consult some good surgeon for this problem. it may resolve only by medicines and there is no need of surgery. people with only 1 testes also lead normal married life and become father.

Testis ka kam hai sperm paida karna. normal sperm count 40-200 million per ml hai. agar ap ka testis normal sperm count produce kar raha hai tu phir ap ka testis theek hai. chahe ye chota ho ya bara ya phir aik chota aur doosra bara. sperm count maloom karne ke lia laboratory test semen DR karaya jata hai.

aik testis bhi normal sperm count produce kar sakta hai is lia agar kisi ka sirf aik hi testis hai tu bhi normal hai. woh is normal testis se bacha paida kar sakta hai.
