 i became slim
well i became slim after marriage i lost almost 2kg so there won,t be much difference if she will become pregnant then her figure will be changed. |

hehehlol ehhehe hosakta hai app ki honi wali wife mein bhi ho automatic motor aur app khaw makhaw tentions ly rahe ho.
App ko ek decent advice do app kisi doctor se baat kiyon nahin karti i mean about Suhaag raat and intercourse that is very wise , my hubby had done that but luckly one of his friend was doc. so try that if u can, u will get much help. |

It is a fact that she will gain weight due to the hormonal changes after marriage. What she can do is take regular meals, reduce the food intake increase the fluid intake and do light exercises. Remember she has to be healthy for the upcoming children, this is why i would advise her to stay healthy and not slim.

agar proper execise ki jaye
walk ki jaye
diet mein oil aur spicy kum use kiye jayen
water intake ziada ho
etc etc |
