dr.aslamoalakam.main ap sa ya pouchnachati honkmariheight 4'8 haima bhat ziadaperashan hon mare parents bi mari waga sa bhat perashan hain.iam 22 years old plz tel me about my heightthat can i increase my height.

I am 22 years old and my height is 4'8''. I and my parents are much worried in this regard. Please let me know some solution.

bcoz ye 18-21 years tak hi increase hoti hai bus

ab ye yahi rahey gi

girls k menses/puberty aney k bad height bht kum berhti hai

4.8 koi ziada buri nahi hai

but kia kiya ja skta hai
