height ki problem on logo ke sath hoti hai jin ki warasat mein height choti hone ki problem ho.

ager aap ke father ya mother mein se kisi bhi aak ki bhi height choti ho to aap ki bhi choti ho sakti hai.

height ko bharane ke liye aaj tak koi bhi method 100% result nehin de sakha.like yoko height jese bhut se aur bhi cheezey ayi lekin on ka result 0% raha..kyun ke height Allah ki di hoi aak nemat hai.aur yeh qismat se melti hai.

ager aap ki qismat mein height hoi to aap ko zaroor mele ge.24 year ki age tak male ki height bharti hai

Well first of all, I want to tell you that there are several causes of short height but the most common causes are due to some hormones deficiency mainly Growth Hormone deficiency. You need a proper check up by your doctor. If your father and mother both have short height then due to genetic programming you will also have short height. What we can discuss for you is that:

• Get proper medical check up done so that the cause of short height will be evaluated and treated
• Take proper diet and food supplements as per advised by the doctor who does your check up
• Multivitamins therapy since the vitamins are essential for body growth
• Growth Hormone replacement if needed

One more thing remember. You are at the age of 21 and at this age height increment becomes un likely since the long bones of the body gets fused and hardly increase in size.
