Well first of all I want to reassure that there is nothing significant regarding thin or thick semen. You should know that semen contains a lot of ingredients along with sperms for its nourishment, easy penetration and for other reasons. There are different glands inside the body near the testes and urinary bladder which gives these things to come out with semen. The problem of dropping of semen all the time while walking is misperceived by you. That could be precum drops most probably. The other possibility could be that you might have congestive prostitis and in this condition, semen comes out with out sexual arousal. What I would advice you at that moment is as follows: - Be relaxed and tension free since there is no connection between semen thickness and fertility. In actual fertile power depends upon the numbers and activity of sperms about that you can't know until you get your semen analysis.
- Try to ejaculate if you aroused sexually and don't hold the semen inside since this act would generate congestive prostitis.
- Collect your secretion that comes out frequently from your penis on a glass slide and send to the lab for analysis (Penile discharge DR).
- if possible get your urine DR done as well
- Let us know about the results of these two tests as soon as possible
- Perform the Kegal's exercise.
