Semen Analysis: My Report Is Normal Or Not?

Dear all the doctors analysts,

AOA,

I am worried about a matter. few days ago I submitted my semen report on this forum Respectable Dr khan and my reply said that your report is normal and you need no treatment. but when report was shown by a renowned gynecologist of our city she prescribed 5 types tablets and capsules for me.She is also curing my wife (my wife has irregular periods problem and according to same Gynecologist that she has also hormonal abnormality problem, so my wife is taking medicines for last 3 months.we married just one year ago.i am not worry for kid but my wife is very upset.I try to keep her happy but she is very serious when gynecologist stated that she has these problems after brief check up .altrasound,urine and blood test.

Qusestion is that Dr.khan and my reply says that you don't need any treatment your semen report is normal,then why gynecologist handled over me 5 types of capsules and tablets that you have also some problem and take these medicine for three months.If my semen report is normal then why she gave me these tablets although I did not start to take these but please tell me should I take these medicine (surbex-Z,capsules eagspea…,tab elu..wda.,tab Saeido....l fort, Cap Fu….)(I cannot read the medicine correctly but you may understand.

I again write here my complete semen report,pls tell me that should I use the medicine why you said that your report is normal and you need no treatment.pls help me.Gynocologist did not reply in detail she just said that you have some problem, so use this.My age is 27 and the age of my wife is 21

aap ka semen report bilkul normal hai.

normal sperm count 40-200 million/ml of semen hona chahia. jabkeh apka count 270 million hai. jo keh normal count se bhi behtar hai.

ap ki sperm motility bhi normal hai. 65% after 30 minutes. agar 50% ya os se ziadah ho tu normal hota hai.

ap ki sperm morphology bhi normal hai 80%. jabkeh 50% se ziada normal kahlata hai.

ap ki semen report normal hai. ap ham logo ka hawala de kar gynecologist se baat kar sakte hai keh ham log is report ko normal kah rahe hai.

ap ko jo tablet likhi hai os mai se sirf surbex-Z samajh aya. yeh taqat ki vitamin hai. baqi dawai ka nam ya tu ap ne ghalat likha hai ya phir koi harbal waghaira hai. alopathic drug nahi hai. ham log os ke bare mai nahi jante.

ap apne family doctor ko bhi semen report dekha kar mashwara kar sakte hai. gynecologist agar kahti hai keh report ghalat hai tu os se pooche keh kia ghalat hai. waise taqat ki medicine khane mai haraj nahi hai.

I am very much thankfull to you,you took a keen interest and took my case in fully professional way,more i should say you gave my case a special interest,I am quite satisfy by your answer but here is a suspense in my mind that what types of medicine have been prescribed for me by renowned gynocologist and why she did it?I asked her but she did not replied me directly, as there is parda system in Mansehra and in such kind of clinics male or not directly treated by female gynacologists,It is the culture of our city.my wife has irregular menses problem befor marriage and also now harmonal abnormility was also diagnosed.i shall write u the names of medicines tomorrow.

yeh sari standard medicine hai jo mukhtalif moqa par di ja sakti hai. agar aik registered gynecologist ne yeh medicine likhi hai tu kuch soch kar hi likhi ho gi. ziadah behtar wahi bata sakti hai keh os ne kio likhi hai.

jaha tak ap ke semen report ka taluq hai tu meri nazar mai normal hai. ap ko jo medicine di gai hai, woh ho sakta hai ke kisi aur wajah se di gai ho. doctor ki supervision mai yeh tamam medicine istemal ki ja sakti hai.

Pls Dr khan and Dr.My reply, compare my these two semen reports

Respectable doctors pls tell me that between my following two reports which is more better,in this topic you can see a brief history of my discussion with u.pls tell me that im second report why immotile percentage decreased and sluggish increased.i have used above given medicine for 1 months.why semen count decreased 270million/ml to 225 million/ml,while in second report active sperm are 55% and 75%  in first these were 50% and 65%.seconds analysis is after 2 months of first report.pls tell me also what is normal sluggish and immotile percentage.when i gave my semen test for 2nd report there was fever to me of 102,can fever lay effects on semen immotie and sluggish or on other values.
