My wife is pregnant and she had become some how obese. How the women get slim again after pregnancy will be over. Either they do exercise, offer fasting or do dieting?
Weight gaining is considered normal in pregnancy however much more weight gain could be difficult to reduce after pregnancy. For some extend weight automatically reduces to normal once the pregnancy is over. However; it would be much better for a woman to do walking and dieting as weight should be appropriate for good health. For a determined woman it is not a big task to reduce the weight up to desired level. Offering fasting could also be a good habit in this regard. However; any type of pills should not be used for weight reduction unless concerned doctor advises to do so.

Roza rakhana aek acha fail he agar chahe to zaror raken. wazan kam kerne ke leye goleyon ka istemal bagher kisi doctor ke mashware ke na karen.
