How do i Reduce My Waist

Do u know that what weight should be according 2 age?
e.g who's age is 20 what should be his weight, that doctors says that it should b
?
Plz tell me that which mehod 2 reduce weight is best. Jogging or Jim.
2 reduce weight in 1 month?
i want reduce my waist 3-4 inchs.

the guys aor girls who's hip thori ubhari ya bari hoti ha wo kaisy reduce kar sakty hain?

its according to height

height in cm-100= for boys

height in cm-110=for girls

ap apni hight bataain, weight bhi age ke sath hight par depend karta hai.

hips ke liay baqi sab exersises ke ilawa aik bonus aor very very easy for all exercise hai ke seedhay late jaain aor tangon ko cycling ki motion main harkat dain. its very useful for hips.

Hello!
If you really want to cut down your waist.
Then I would suggest you to first calculate your BMR

Because it really depends on your height, age, gender and current weight.

After taking your BMR test, take your calories intake test:

But that apko ye andaza ho sakey ga kay aapney din main kitni calories consume karni hain. If you do it right, it's possible to loose 1 inch in just a week!
Aap apney aap ko bhooka bilkul na rakhein. ye sehat kay liye muzhar hai. Instead achey sey acha khaein, aur apna matobolism increase karein. For this you'll have to drink plenty of fluids, like juices, and waters. Stay away from soda's.
Nestle ka Orange juice piya karein. They are rich in fiber, and fiber are known for controlling fats. Is kay saath saath. Active rahain. Aur din main jitni bhi calories consume karein, utni hi burn karein.

Aap agar har roz adhey ghantey bhi lagataar teiz jogging karty hain, to woh aap kay liye kaafi hai.
Exercise ko kabhi ka chorhein. Aur abhi gym na jaein, aap pehley apney wazan pey kaabu paein.

Muscle Barhana aur Waist karna do bilkul alag amal hain.

Exercise pandey ko tarandarust rakhti hai. Haftey main zyada sey zyada 6 din exercise karein, 1 din zarror off lain.
8 Ghantey ki neened kiya karein. 11 sey 7 sab sey achey timing hain neened karney k.

Zyada sey zyada paani piyein. Exerice subha ki jaey to behtar rehta hai. Is sey aapka poora din acha aur phurteela guzrey gaa.

Aerobic Exercises jisam kay kisi bhi khaas hisay ko khatam ya normal karney main buhat faidey mund saabit hota hai. To lihaaza Aerobics bhi karein.

Apna paisa mehengi machino par mat zaya karein. Jo aapko kisi chamatkar kay zarye patla karney ka dawa kartee hain. Instead, aap jogging machine ley lein, jo kay aap k liye, aur aap k ghar ki khawateeno kay liye buhat him comfortable rahein gi.

hmmm

in the normal world koi cheez banana mushkil hota hai aur torrna asaan. iss liye aik emarat bananay me arsa lag jata hai aur tootne me kuch din. 

magar wazan ka muamla ulta hai bibi ji, lag asaani se jata hai aur utarta nahi hai itni asaani se. iss wazan ke barrhne ki buhat si wujuhaat hoti hai magar main wajah yehi hai ke input zyada hai aur output kamm. ya to input kamm kijiye aur out barrha deejiye ya phir apne input ko output se cover kijiye. 

iss silsilay me ooper exercises dee gayi hain, unn par amal kijiye. behtareen hall to yehi hai. aik maheene me agar aap 2-4 kg hi kamm kar len to buhat barri effort hai.
