 Premature Ejaculation: Using Viagra- Why Ejaculation Time Not Increasing?
Dear Friends, I have a problem and need to solve it. Problem is this, I am a married man & my marriage consists at 8 years. I am having premature ejaculation problem and many other men already have it. I tried to use viagra for long sex because I want long time sex. Therefore, I use ...EDITED... 2 times in my whole married life. But unfortunately it does't work both times for me. My timing remains as usual. sadaqat Dear sadaqat Assalam walekum. premature ejaculation problem is their for lots of people, so you do one thing that you romance with her for long time dont start having sex very soon. Avoide having sex very after night food,give mim 1hr of time or have food 1 hr before sex. insted of taking viagra you should take ... Edited.. medicine it wont harm your health. It is not allowed to recommend herbal,homeopathic,allopethic or hakeem drugs here. |

Don't use Un-natural Ways Dear,
You are just 30 yrs old, I will not advise you to use Viagra at this young age, it could badly effect your sexual life, your sexual organs and your wife will become used to of this medicine, and as you can understand that you will not be able to take it EVERYTIME you intercourse, so when you will not use it, your wife will remain unsatisfied cuz she will become addicted to the prolonged time period of Viagra.
So I would recommend you natural ways to cure this problem, there are some good natural exercises to prolong the timing etc. You can research this website for it, there is some good material present here that can be helpful to you.

Sak_acc Thanks dear!
I am already following the same passion as you described but dear as you know for mens most enjoyable thing is when they are in. But as and when we enter we can't stay more then 1/2 minutes.
So I want to increase my in time (intercourse time). As you mentioned a medicine can it help me to stay in for upto 5/10 minutes.
If it works then I should be very very thankful to you till my last breath.

Stranger_1 Hi Dear,
Thanks for your advice but me too did not like to use any medicine for everytime. I used PC muscle exercise but nothing is helping me.
An trick is mentioned at this website (counting 1,2,3 or ABC). But you know that in our culture only man should play active role during sex. Then can you please tell me if man play a major role to do everything how can he count like above mentioned procedure. If we start counting our movement should automatically stopped.
If you have any other procedure in your mind please tell me.

Counting is just to divert your attention from sexual activity for the time being so that the ejaculation/discharge cannot take place. As you know sex comes from the mind, Your brain plays the primary role during sex and your body is just a tool for it. So you just need to control your ejaculation/release of semen from your brain, there are many tricks to do that and one of them you mentioned in your message that once you feel that you are going to discharge, start counting down from 20 to zero, it will take your mind away from the sexual activity.
Yar I personally sometimes suffer from this, it's quite normal and it's not a disease. When you are inside and going in and out, and suddenly you feel that you are going to discharge, stop your movement immediately, stay inside but don't move and try to stop the sperm discharge. After some moments you will feel that semen has gone back again so you can again start moving as you were doing earlier.
Another thing that you can do is that when you feel that you are reaching your peak during the movement, take your mind away from sex, start thinking that what you are going to do tomorrow, you can continue the movement, but just do your best to divert your attention from sex.
It really works for me, Alhamdulillah. Do try it, it's not difficult.

Viagra is not for premature ejaculation instead for Erection problem. Don't Take it with out doctors prescription. There are a lot of side effects and contraindications for that. Read the following book for your problem
