AOA.Dr. Sahb i want to asa u a very important qestion,thts is that i was doing mastubation when i was 14 & now i am 22, but i feel tht in the begening size of my zakar (Penis) was abt 8",but it only goes about 4 inches.is it something to matter and worry and y it is like this. 

2ndly there are some daanay (Papules) near my masana (Bladder).but they are not like general phinsiyan or daanay, but bigger and they look like that behind them are some kind of ghadood (gland) like things. once i tried to get them out by using hand but they are ery painfull.they rose occaisionally,not every time and then some thom qits and after some weeks they rose again,what r they and what is there treatment?
