I have a very Lean Build what should i do

Age:17 years

Sex: Male

Waisay to main her lehaaz say normal hoon.
Laikin mera jism bohat patla dubla hay.Kamzori to nahi hay meray khyaal say kioonkay main apnay say baray cousins ko Panjay Baazi main hara daita hoon.

Meri Hieght 69 inches hay aur abhi bhi tezi say berh rahi hay.
kisi nay mujhy say kaha kay tumhaari Hieght tez berh rahi hay iss liye aisay ho.. jub ruk jaey gee to Theek ho jao gay.
Mujhay Pareshani hay kay hamesha hee aisa na reh jaaoon.

Main doosron kay saamnay apni Shirt bhi nahi utaarta..
aur naa hee Half Sleeves pehanta hoon.. kuchh ajeeb hee lagtay hain patlay paylay haath aur kalaeeyaan..

Aksar kisi say haath milaaoon aur uss kaa haatm mera baazu per lag jaey to yaa to hansnay lagta hay ya hairaan ho jaata hay.. kay itnay patly baazoo..

log ajeeb ajeeb jumlay kehtay hain.

msturbation nahi kia karo.. apni haaltat to dekho.

aik hee plot pay itni lambi imaarat bana dee.

abay too kia kuchh karay gaa..

Gym jaaya karo.

growin age mai aksar jism dubla patla hota hai, jab growth ruk jaaye gi tu aap ka jism normal bhara bhara ho jaaye ga, fikir aur pareshaani ki baat nahi hai.

thin built

some people have thin lean built and they donot gain much weight throughout the life. may be its ur family trait. Or may be its just because u are in puberty phase which is a phase of rapid growth. In any case, don't worry at all if u are otherwise normal. take good balanced diet, do regular exercise and keep ur mind free from all the tensions.

Mere Bhai pehle mera bhi Yehi haal tha. Before 2 years Age: 25 Hieght: 6.11" aur Weight: 49 Tha Lakin Waqt k saath saath Ab meri Sahat sahi hogai hai.

Aap Daily Sham main Apple Fresh Juice lelia karo aur raat ko Sone se Pehle 4/5 Banana Khaker Uper se Aik Glass Milk pee lia Karo. ye apni Daily ki Routine rakho sab set hojaye ga. Thanks And Regards

 ummm I am exatcly like you ..dont worry..its normal.. no body building , u wilkl get more problems yaar, yaaa hulkee running is ok... feel happy and be happy...loog kahtay rahtay hain aksur.. with time to time about  until 23/24 yrs , u will be exactly okay... chill out.. 6.       Water, Daily 12-15 Glass peyen.

Rahi baat kam age mein Body building ki to yeah khyal bhi ghalat hey keh, kam age mein Body building nhi kerni chaheyeah.

Lehaza kam age mein Bodybuilding sey koi nuqsan nhi hota.
