Pain in body due to pre-ejaculatory fluid or Cowper's fluid

aoa Dr sahib,

while talking with my fiance during talk drops comes out form my penis whre as there is not that eraction.

some times even think drops comes out also.

i studied that it is no problem but the problem is that when drops comes out i feel real pain in my knees and back neck.tireness in whole body.due to that i avoid to talk mostly bcz i feel real weekness.

please inform why this is so or suggest me something.

Well if the drops coming out are clear, then nothing to worry about it and the pain in the body might not be related to this problem. However; if the drops are not clear liquid and they are milky while or yellow in colour then you should be required to test them from laboratory. You should improve your diet. Take appropriate rest. Live a tension free life and take pain killers for the time being.

dear Dr sb,.these drops are water type.u said drops might not related to pain but it is derectly related as when they comes out i feel real weeknes.i hav stoped masterbation also from last long time but there is no benefit. 

as i am too much worried about it.please help me.

please suggest me that how these drops can be stop.Please tell me wht (medican)should i use or where should i check up myself.as for pain wht(medican) should  i take.

Well dear then get check these drops via laboratory. As I have told you before to improve your diet as well. Don't be tense. Your problem would be resolved. Some times these drops come from bladder due to any infection. Visit any near by doctor so that he may write down the test for you.
