us k ilawa ek aur kehwa hota hai jis mein pani ko boil ker kuch sabit garam masalay daal diye jatay hain like long, daarchini, zeera...aur is ko boil ker k garam garam pee leyn....

us k ilawa green tea and black tea is also gud

Yes Veer is right

There are a lot of things that should be considered in women whose periods are either irregular or less in quantity. Yes there are a lot of ways but I can't capture a river in a small bucket. First the cause of less bleeding while menses has to be find out. Once the cause would be established then after treatment the menstrual flow would become appropriate. Write your complete details. All of you are very correct and causes of decreased flow in a cycle are so many but i just want to add three points..besides

k kiteny din baad menses atey han (agar ap 1st day of menses bleed sey count karain tou next 1st day of menses bleed tak?)

ye katai female ke personal assessment hoti ha k "khul ke nahe aa raha" even pre weighted sanitary napkin bhe detect nahe kar patey ZARORI question ye han

1) kya apko pehley ke (pechley chand saal) aur ab ke menses flow mai zada faraq lagta he...zada kami ha?......ya apko kabhe khul ke nahe aaye..

2) number sanitary napkin ka day mai change karney aur jitney time k baad change karti han wo zada kum huwa hey??

normal flow 35ml to 80ml hota he, agar female ko clotted blood aye tou usko 35ml bohat kum feel hota he, only spots bhe agar 3 day aain tou ye enough hain .. Aur 1day heavy bhe enough.. More important cycle length hoti ha mostly..

sirf impt ha k apka cycle 21-35day ka ho zada nahe aur hormone level theek ho

apke egg nai banta tou bta doun taqreeban aik saal tak medi dee jati ha agar na bun rahey hon musalsal tou har 3 mönth baad dose barhai jati ha yahan tak k 12month ho jain

sath mai ultrasound se daikha jata k aya egg buney k nahe jab bunaney lage tou dose rok dee jati ha

baqi ap doctor k k aur other seniorz k reply ka wait kar lo.
