when you have left each and every thing, that thing should be out from your mind
how, depends upon your own persona will and psychological capacity to digest the previous events.
furthermore material in the form of books or cd are available in the open market which suggest how you can over come this problem
this is continuous in many male and will remain if you allow that to do so

i had the same problem as you are mentioning but the fact i got was just psychological
