gande khayalat aur agar abhi shadi main dair hai tu you have a strong shield as a muslim towards these, and that is quranic surahs. Just recite whatever you have memorized or ayat al kursi before sleeping till u get slept. Make this your habit and you will feel the difference. Man this life is an examination of all these difficulties, and after passing them successfully, there is an everlasting happiness is awaiting. Allah ta'alah is so mercy to reward good deed by unlimited times and will punish for bad deeds as well. But why we dont go for good deeds if they are helping us too.
