As you can already realize that there is no one single answer to these kinds of problems/mistakes. I am not going to even ask why you had sex before marriage, as I am not a judge or jury here. My concern is for the man whom you are going to marry. Is it just to marry him without informing him? Now, there can be different opinion among people. So, do what you think is just.

aap kia kia help kare? kia aap chahti hai keh aap ke rupture hymen ko intact kerne ka tareeqa bataye tu arz yeh hai keh yeh aasani se nahi ho sakta, iss ke liye aap ko hymen ki plastic surgery karani pare gi. jo keh kafi costly hai, aur ham log recommend bhi nahi kerte.
