What To Do To Reduce My Waist And Abdominal Area?
salam.... me ne last 1 year se apna wait reduce kia from 100kg to 70kg. bt us k result me meri belly & waist bilkull loose ho gai hai like a ballon. plz mujhe batain me abdominal aur waist area ko tight krne k liye kia karoon. thanks

cokoo I think you should now do exercises which can set your waist and abdominal area and also do more effort to bring your weight below 70 but don’t leave to take balance diet with it just keep your fat intake under control. |

hmm exercise aur high protein diet istimaal kerain. yani kay salad, veggies, meat anday doodh dahi aur fruit per guzara kerain aur kam say kam roti wagaira khain aur meethi aur bakeri ki cheesoun ko bhool jain. |

exercise janab
iss ke two ways hain. aik to sasta hai aur doosra mehnga. hehe
sasta wala to yeh hai ke aap belly exercise kiya kare aur apne pait ki jild ko iss tarah tight kar len.
mehnga wala hall to plastic surgery hai. kuch nahi karna parrega aur siraf payment karni hogi.
magar mujhe ummeed hai ke agar aap ne within one year apna weight ideal level par kar liya hai to exercises ke saath aap apni skin ko tight kar lenge.
like shahrukh khan, six pack. phir to larrkiyan aap par bhi marti phirengi. kya khayal hai?
