How To Prolong Discharge Time In Fast Stroking?

I'm married till one & half year and also have one child i have following questions:

1) Till now i do not know that during intercourse my wife gets discharge or not, pl tell me how to find that.

2) Secondly, if i stroke slowly i got much time, but as soon as i storke fast i got dischage instantly, n my wife like fast stroking, plz tell me how to prolong in fast stroking.
