I got married two years back. I have got severe pain and bleeding during sex at first occasion, however; with the passage of time the pain has gone. My husband is out of the country and we have not been doing sex since a year. Whether the vaginal opening has become tight again due to abstinence from the six up till one year. If not then let me know any exercise or medicine with which it would tight again since I like to have painful sex. I want to mention that I am not pregnant.
