How Make Stomach Flat? can u tell me flat stomach tips becuz i wanna be smart pehle bi smart hi hon but thora sa stomach bahir a gaya hain beth beth ker khati rehti ho but walk nahi abb walk shuru ki haincan its posible koiexercise???!! |

Re Swimming is best.... 2ndly lie flat on floor keep both knees at right angle yani tangey knees jor kr uthe hon aur api seedhi flat laiti hon. Ab dono bazo sar k neeche rakh kar sar ko upper uthana he toward knees do 10-15times ths thng ..4 times a day at dffrnt times.... Also walk.... Plus never lie down imediatly aftr meal as ppl do aftr dopahar meal.... Dönot drnk water aftr meal its gud to drnk 2glas watr bfr meal n nt inbtwn or aftr.... |
