1)eating problems
2)increased reting metabolic rate(rate of food breakdown n energy conversion is more)
3)chronic disease/illness(mostly these people loose weight over a span of time)
To increase weight its important to know:
Oily,greasy junk foods loke pizza,burger,fries are no good way to increase weight and not a healthy approach
Heavy 3times meal will not help much than well balanced meals

1)use more proteins like meat,egg,milk,nuts,beans,legumes,daal etc…
2)fresh friuits,green vegetable,juices(fruit) are good..

4) desi ghee is not good for health in fats use oil with omega 3 written on them….also fish is rich in these…
Eat 5-6 times a day well balanced diet rather heavy 3 times a day meal…
Exercise:
Muscle bulk increasing excercises like weight lifting.push ups help to increase (resistive excercises) weight…
Also regular exercise be done……running n cycling is to loose weight….
Supplements…
Protein drinks(banana shake)…milk in them are good…
Nutritional supplements like with creatinine, glutamate amino acid in them are good..
Avoid energy drinks…as lean person takes these more ..as it's a wrong concept to get instant energy
Almost 300-600 extra calories daily to be taken…
