How Can I Increase Weight?

mein bohat dubla aur patla hoon koi mufeed diet bataein ya koi exercise

I am very thin and lean, how can I increase my weight?

Banana shake is v.gud.. 2 banana 1 glass milk and 2teaspoon sugar.. 2 times a day

Ramazan is best to get slim...iftari par oily food bilkul nai ap lobia,chaney,ya salad ke chaat zada sari eat kar k stomach fill kar lain .. 2 glass water n baad mai thora khana.. Sehri mai paratha bilkul nai.. Kuch halka phulka eat karain

BMI or body mass index is the ratio of height and weight. The normal BMI is between 18-24. Let us know about your body weight and height so that we can tell you your BMI. If it is normal then no need to either increase or reduce the weight. 

If it is less you would need to increase weight by different possible methods. Similary you have to reduce weight if it would be high.

BMI also tells us that how much difference is weight is required either to accomplish or to reduce hence the target becomes easier.

tips to gain weight....

Ur BMI makes u in thin category…(around 13.4)

The most three important causes of a person being thin are

 

1)eating problems

2)increased reting metabolic rate(rate of food breakdown n energy conversion is more)

3)chronic disease/illness(mostly these people loose weight over a span of time)

 

To increase weight its important to know:

 

Oily,greasy junk foods loke pizza,burger,fries are no good way to increase weight and not a healthy approach

 

Heavy 3times meal will not help much than well balanced meals

 eating habits...

1)use more proteins like meat,egg,milk,nuts,beans,legumes,daal etc…

 

2)fresh friuits,green vegetable,juices(fruit) are good..

 

3)avoid carbohydrates that give instant energy like(sugars,sugary sodas,soft drinks)….each potatoes , corn  , cereals(daliya)…..those carbohydrates that are slowly absorbed…

 

4) desi ghee is not good for health in fats use oil with omega 3 written on them….also fish is rich in these…

 

Eat 5-6 times a day well balanced diet rather heavy 3 times a day meal…

 

Exercise:

 

Muscle bulk increasing excercises like weight lifting.push ups help to increase (resistive excercises) weight…

 

Also regular exercise be done……running n cycling is to loose weight….

 

Supplements

Protein drinks(banana shake)…milk in them are good…

Nutritional supplements like with creatinine, glutamate amino acid in them are good..

Avoid energy drinks…as lean person takes these more ..as it's a wrong concept to get instant energy

 

Almost 300-600 extra calories daily to be taken…

 

I donot suggest any hormonal therapy..its not good for health…

weight lifting is the best way to increase your body size and mass but you have to maintain proper diet along with it otherwise reults will be negative
