doctor sahib mera aik masla yeh ha ko ma jisani tore pr boht kamzor hon face pr dent pary huy han koi aisa mashwra dain ko thora mota ho jaon jism bahr jay.ma shadi shuda hon

jism ki kamzoori sab se bari waja deit hoti hai aur tention..ager diet bhi achi ho aur insaan tention le to woh diet bhi kisi kaam ki nehin.

anyway aap yeh bataye ke aap ki height kitni hai aur wieight kitna hai aap ke father aur baki behan bhai kis tarha ke hain kya baki fat hain?ya aap ki tarha kamzoor hain?

face dent khatam karne ke liye aap zaida se zaida paani peeiya kare.paani peene se insaan juldi bhoora nehin hota aur jawan rehta hai.

thora same hai

main deit bi nahi karta lekin phir bi mera weight 2 saal se 55kg se upar nahi gaya

us ka hal kissi se pooch kar bata sakte ho?

meri age 24 hai 25 hone wali hai hight meri 5°8 inch 169cm hai baqi sis bro se 1 sis 11 old kamzoor hai baqi sab theek hain khas ptle bi nahi or mote bi hnahi

mere lie kya mashwara do ge? mein bi married hu 7 month se  but from 6 month me not with wife me in italia wife in pak mujhebi weight  barhne ka mushwara dena

meri age bhi 24 hai 25 hone wali hai mera weight bhi 55kg hai aur meri to height 5 fit 10 in hai.lekin mera masla kuch aur hai main diet pe tawaja nehin leta aur tention meri life mein bhut zaida hain.

aap ager weight gain karna chahte hain to simple sa hal bataon ga.ke 3 time ka khana must khaya karo aur khass toor pe raat ka khana zaroor khana hai.

aur soba aak plait daliya khana dhood mein paka kar..aur aak plait raat ko khani hai yeh aak month kar ke dekho aap ko es ka bhut acha result mele ga.

daliya bhut achi cheez hai jo weight gain karta hai..lekin jab aap khao ge to yeh bhi yaqeen rakhna ke aap ka weight gain ho ga es ko khane se.

Wait Gain

Wait Gain karne ka best solution ye hai k app ek din main jitna khasaktay hain khaye (recommended 6 times a day) magar beech main thoray gap k baad like 2 say 3 hours baad........aur har meal main 1 ya 1.5 roti k barabar khana khana chahiyai.....
dunlay ya patlay loag jitna khatay hain din main utni hi calories ko burn kardetay hain jiski wajah say weight gain nahi hopata, is liyain zarorat is baat ki hai k app din main jitna bhi khanay ki aadat hai us say zyada khaya jaye.........

quick weight gain k liyain rozana milk shakes penay say bhi effect parta hain, specially mango k 3 glass rozana......(subah , dopahar, sham)......likin saath main khana bhi khaya jaye....

    * 2-3 servings of nuts, or legumes;

    * 1-2 servings of dairy or calcium supplement;

    * 0-2 servings of poultry, fish, or eggs;

    * Sparing use of white rice, white bread, potatoes, pasta and sweets;

    * Sparing use of red meat and butter.
