High Body Temperature: What Are The Causes?
meri problem yeh hai k mera body temperature boht high rehta hai normal logon k muqable main har waqt paseena ata rehta hai even agar whether normal bhi ho jb bhi mian ghar mai har waqt without shirt rehta hon ( only banyan) kyon k shirt pehn kr mujhe garmi se ghabrahat honi start ho jati hai mujhe jism ko thanda rakhne liay har waqt pani peena parta hai just like car engine jis ki waja se mujhe kam karne main boht mushkil hoti hai aur boht zyada paseena aney se stamina bhi loose ho jata hai kyo k yahan pore year zyada tr garmi hi rehti hai maine aik doctor ko dikhaya bhi hai wo abhi tak sahih predict nai kar saka k actual problem kya hai laikin wo kehta hai k most probably tumare male harmones boht zyada active hain kyon k mujhe sexual desires bhi boht zyada hoti hai bachpan main mujhe kafi lamba typhoid hua (more than six months continuous) jis main mai ne har trah ki ani biotics li thin typhoid end hone k bad mera normal body temp above 99 rehta tha jo kuch months bad normal pr aya kya ye un medicines ka sideeffects to nahi hai
any advice
- My
body temperature remains high all the time.
- I do
have excessive sweats as compared to the other people
- I keep
on putting off the shirt in the house since I get palpitations due to
feeling of hotness otherwise
- I have
to drink a lot of water in order to keep cool my body temperature just
like car engine
- I feel
difficulty in doing work due to this reason
- I also
loose my stamina due to excessive sweating since here the whole year
remains hot
- I have
consulted a doctor here but he did not get know what is my problem? But he
says most probably my male hormones are being secreted more and therefore I
do have more sexual desire as well.
- I developed
prolonged typhoid in the childhood (more than six months continuous). I have
taken different antibiotics for that. After that, my body temperature had
been remaining above 99oF and that has taken long time to be
normalized. Whether it is the side effect of these medications.

What i know 1)usually in young age under the effect of hormones body temperature is bit higher also body metabolic rate is high generating heat leading to sweating that is beneficial as it decreases internal temperature..you must take plenty of juices with added salt or add ORS... 2) some people are more anxious and their sweating is more due to anxiety state most of time they have sweaty hands and even a minor stimulus/stress/change in situation makes their heart beat fast and sweating starts..it may start in childhood and last upto 30year as studies told... 3) i think you need to get your THYROID gland functions tested..sometimes thyroid is not predominently enlarged but its hyperfunctioning occurs... |

Thyroid.. On this forum doctors may also reply you...but i believe that first you go with Thyroid test..very simple test initially you have to give blood sample only... Thyroid derrangement level is seen you may only be given medicines initially response is checked..and so on may be surgery is required..ok..dont worry ...its one of common surgeries.go to a good doctor. |

Yes..IF you have thyroid problem then hyperthyroid is the option with your symptoms The new strategy of thyroid treatment is to treat it First with drugs in patients under 40yr age and if not treatable or severity increase then go for Surgery..same is with patient above 40yrs bt they are give radioiodine therapy..anyhow here definately a doctor will reply..you wait..what other symptom you have? Like do you eat a lot but no weight gain? Do you find it difficult to sleep? Do you get angry easily? |

High Body Temperature: What Are The Causes? Hyperthermia/ Fever/ Hyperthyroidism
Hyperthermia is a condition in
which body temperature rises above normal due to different reasons. This could
be transient or persistent. Usually any infection in the body automatically
raises the body temperature which is also a natural phenomenon. In common terms
we called it as fever when any body gets high temperature. The purpose of fever
is to kill the germs and injurious agents by the body.
Warm Blooded and Cold Blooded Animals:
Cold blooded animals can’t change
the body temperature and therefore unable to survive in extremes of whether
like birds etc.
Warm blooded animals can change
their body temperature like humans
How the body temperature is controlled in human beings?
Just like a thermostat in the
fridge or AC an area is there in the hypothalamus of human beings that controls
the body temperature
What would happen if this Human’s
thermostat gets defected?
Obviously the body temperature would
not be able to control.
When the body temperature would be raised?
- If the hypothalamus is destroyed due to some chronic
illness
- Any infection via bacteria, virus or fungi etc as
discussed above
- Malignant Hyperthermia due to some medications given
to treat psychological conditions
- Hyperthyroidism- The most common medical illness in
this category
- Lack of water in the body like in dehydration
- Physical variation like in obese people etc
Not all cases of hyperthermia are due to Pituitary destruction:
Considering the above causes, it
is said that hypothalamus controls the body temperature but not all cases of
hyperthermia are due to its destruction.
Proper Investigations are Required:
Proper investigation and thorough
check up of the body would reveal the cause of hyperthermia. TSH or Thyroid
profile is must in order to rule out any medically related cause.
Management:
- Try to be relaxed as much as possible and be informed
that this condition can be controlled successfully
- Try to avoid hot drinks like coffee and tea as much
as possible
- Take proper sleep and healthy diet
- Avoid excessive work load
- Be regular to take medications if prescribed
- Avoid smoking
- Get necessary investigations done

Pulse Temperature and Fine Tremor re: "meri problem yeh hai k mera body temperature boht high rehta hai normal logon k muqable main har waqt paseena ata rehta hai even agar whether normal bhi ho jb bhi mian ghar mai har waqt without shirt rehta hon ( only banyan) kyon k shirt pehn kr mujhe garmi se ghabrahat honi start ho jati hai mujhe jism ko thanda rakhne liay har waqt pani peena parta hai just like car engine"
aap ko garmi ziadah lagti hai ya aap ka body temperature ziadah rehta hai? aap thermometer se apna temperature note kare, aur aik minute tak apna pulse note ker ke yaha bataye, phir aap ko koi munasib mashwara dia jaaye ga, aik sawal aur yeh keh kia aap ke haath mai fine tremor bhi hota hai, fine tremor maloom kerne ka tareeqa hai keh aap apne haath per aik kaghaz ka piece rakh ker dekhe keh woh wibrate ker raha hai keh nahi. yani aap ne three sawalo ka jawab dene hai:
- aap ka temperature kia hai (by thermometer)?
- aap ka pulse rate kia hai (60 second mai)?
- kia aap ko fine tremor hai?

These signs are enough for making certain conclusions. Many patients who have subclinical or even clinical hyperthyroidsm dont have fine tremors or high pulse rate |
