Do I Need To Take The Gussal After Drops?

Salam, i want to ask when ever i have erection or think something naughty, some fluid comes out, after going thru this site, am sure its not a disease as such. i just wana know, Whether i need to take Gussal to be Paak again or its just fine, and these drops doesnt make me Na-Paak.

But our islamic teachings tell us that when ever it comes out with SHEWAT or pleasure, Gussal is Faraz. Am not convienced with ur view Dude. Plz clarify if u can. Will be grateful.

drops ko mazi kehte hai, mazi ki soorat mai ghusul farz nahi hai.
