Gaining Weight Since Marriage: What Is The Solution?
Meri age 31 hai. meri height 5'11" hai shaadi sai pehlai mera weight sirf 45KG tha. aik saal shadi kai baad ab 50 KG hai. log mujhe kehtai thai keh shadi kai baad tum motai ho jao gai laikin mujh mein itna farak nahin para sirf 5KG weight barha hai. mein nai kai log daikhai hein jo sokai sarai meri tarhan kai laikin shaadi kai 6 months baad hi phool ker kupa hotai hein mujhe batain mein kia karon. baz dafa to log mera mazak bhi uratai hein. diet is hisab sai hai morning mein "bread jam and milk" or "bread and egg" or "paratha and egg" dopehr mein 1 chapatti aur koi bhi salan raat mein 1 chapatti aur koi bhi salan agar wife force karai to 1.5 chapatti. phir milk baki din mein 1 adha glass juice aur fruits waghera lai laita hoon. My age is 31 years and height is 5’11”. Before marriage my weight was 45 Kg. Now after one year it is 50 Kg. I have gained weight although just 5 Kg that is not so much as compared to the other people who gain much weight after marriage. People taunt at me. Let me know what should I do? I am taking the diet as follows: In morning: Bread jam and milk or bread and egg or Paratha and egg At lunch: one bread with Saalan At dinner: one bread and Saalan or one and a half bread if wife forces on me and then milk In a day one and a half glass juice and fruits etc.
