i m 24 year old, bt my waight is very low, plzzzzzzzz helpp me abot this
becouse i feel shame 2 wear jeans, sir i have influenza that is pemanent

First of all get check your body weight and height so that you will come to know that how much deficiency is there in your body mass.

Take plenty of healthy things in your diet. Improve your diet. Take milk, butter, eggs, potato etc.

Join a Jim in this manner by doing appropriate exercises your will gain certain amount of weight

Live a relaxed and tension free life

Get your complete medical check up done. Some times weight is reduced due to certain problems like thyroid etc.

Take full sleep and don’t do more hard work.

Stay away from bad fat! Even though weight gain is your goal, you don't want to be gaining fat and eating junk. Get rid of the chips and candy. No more fast food, nothing fried. salam sir mri age 22 hai aur height 5'10 hai aur mera weight 55 k kareb hai. mai apna weight gain karna chata hon mera khana pena b normal hai zia da nai khaya jata 1 ya 1n haf roti kahata hon mai buht pareshan hon na bhook barh rahi hai itne dr. ko dikhya unho ne kha apka liver khrab hai jbi dubly ho 4to5 months elaj b karwaya bt kuch b nai hua kia koi food supliment use karskta hon?? koi to hal hoga plzz plzz help me sb fruits drinks use karta hon bt kuch ni hota mera confidence lose hota jara hai day by day plzz rep me thnk u

How To Gain Weight Your required calories per day exceeds from 24000 Kilo Calories per day. You need to improve your diet per unfortunately you are unable to do it since you have lost your appetite. Following things would be worth noting in your case.
- Find out the cause of your lose in appetite. Is it due to some stress or tension? If it is then remove it. Is that the reason you dislike certain food more than the other? If yes then take those food more frequently you like most.
- Start to take meals in a big plate rather than using smaller one. It would produce psychological impact on your mind that you are taking less meals when you pour little food items in a big plate and hence in this way you would start to take more food.
- Take honey at least three cups in a week. Taking apple juice daily, potato, beef, mutton, chicken etc would also be worthful.
- If your weight is not stable and losing day by day then better to see a doctor for complete and thorough check up.
- Your height is good therefore, your weight should also be good. And if your less weight is due to your family history then perhaps it would not be increased considerably.
