Well in my opinion you should apply any good medicated soup for washing genital areas. You have to take bath or washing 3-4 times per day. If there is any discharge or slough then consult a doctor. Could be possible there would be any fungal infection. |

Foul smell below the Penis
usually this happen due to certain infections, for that i need to know , do you have any smell in your discharge ,or do you have any pain during ejaculation or passing urine,if these things are there please consult a doctor

 Suggestions
Ok ,then try to keep the area dry, dont wear tight underwears or tight pants. If even then you have any problem please consult a physician.
