 How To Increase Semen? Is There Any Good Food?

main aap siay yeh poochna chah raha hoon k main 7 saal saiy married hon
main jab bhi apni wife k sath activity karta hoon. ya handpractice
to meri semon buhat kam (kuch drops) hi nikaltey hian
aap mujhe batain gain k kon siay food aur dry foods
semon ko increase kartey hain

I want to ask that I am married since seven years. Whenever I do intercourse with my wife or do hand practice then I find semen in much less quantity. Would you please let me know any food that can increase my semen? |

re: Indego U are normal. why u want to increase the volume of semen. It is not related to sexual pleasure or strength. sometimes, people worry about it b/c they believe that small amount of semen can not make the wife pregnant but see u have a daughter. Actually, even one drop of semen can cause pregnancy. The main thing is Sperm count not the volume of semen. Donot worry for it. |

actually dr. sb main naiy yeh experience kia haiy k
jab main agar main 4 5 din k gap k baat intercourse karon to
mera sex time bhi increase ho jata haiy aur male liqued bhi buhat ziyadah
hota haiy
lakin agar daily intercouse karon to lagta penis ka erection to buhat tight hota haiy lakin .. jab main discharge hota hoon to sirf aik ya do drops hi nikaltey hain

- Drink plenty of water its very imprtand
- take proper sleep atleast 8 hours its also very important,
- avoid white sougar if u can or decrease
- bhonny howy kally chuny jub free ho gupsup meh b khaty rahyn
- do intercourse evening or early morning
- drink milk and eat dats
- avoid tention & stress
- smile always

Re: How To Increase Semen? Is There Any Good Food? The normal count of sperms in a semen ejaculate if it is after 3-4 days is approximately 20 million. No matter how much the volume of semen whehter more or less. If you are finding difficulty in fertility then get check your sperm count after absteinance from sex for 4-5 days. If you will find the count normal then nothing would be required. In case if you will found the count is less then try to increase it via following techniques:
1. In order to keep your sperms healthy take care of testes temperature. Avoid to wear tight pents and underwear for long duration. Dont put hot water on the testes while taking bath. Use to wear loose cloths like Shalwar suit most of the time of the day if possible.
2. Unvisible rays may destroy the sperms. Like beeta and gama rays emitted from Computer and Television. Use these things less often.
3. Absteinance from smoking and any other addition if you are doing it.
4. Moderate exercise and walking to reduce your weight.
5. Good and balanced diet enriched with vegetables, white meat, fruits etc.
6. Avoid mental tesion and stress since it not only kills sperms but also can decrease your own life span. |
