What Are The Exercises To Lose Weight

AoA,

 

I m married 2 months ago. Acttually after marriage my wife waist increase up to 35. before marrige it was 29. Now she want to loose weight and i suggested her to do some exercises. But before two years my wife's breast operation was done and it was very early stage of breast cancer and after operation doctors satisfied us that she is totally fine now. now in this case is their is any harm effect on her breast from different exercises.

 

or she can do exercises like she can play bedminton, rasa kodna and like that?

 

and tell about my wife some good exercises to loose weight and her body become more beautiful specially breast enhances.

i shall be greatly thankful to you plz doctor khan and dr rizwan and kali zuban and other senior members plz reply.

ab dobara unhen koi takeleef mehsoos hoti hai ya nahi?

she feel little bit pain some time when she take some stress otherwise she is fine. Is the exercises are good for her or not?

her weight is not to much it will be 57 58. and hight is 5 feet.

weigth kum kerney k liye wo apni diet ka bhi khyal keryen

oily aur spicy food se avoid ekryen

Dr k puch ker excercise ker skti hain

better excercise is daily walk

Both things going opposite. To lose weight and to enhance breast size.

In any exercise, breast size also reduces along with losing of body weight. For weigt reduction any exercise that can burn the calories would be better. Like playing bedminton etc. Jogging if she can do would be much better and gives quick results. Remember with these exercises her breasts will also reduces in the size. But weight reduction is much important as compared to breasts size enhancement. By doing certain exercise she not only can get appropriate body figures but also her breasts would become of sizes that would also appropriate according to her figures. There are certain other exercises however for breasts enhancements but this is not the time to discuss about them. First ask her to reduce her body weight and then come over next task.

Take one day at a time. We are not going away. We are here for guidance. First ask her to reduce her weight. Once she would get success then ask from us this question. We will answer you happily.

ok, thanks. after weight reduction, i'll ask this. acctually i have also mistyped some information in my previous post i have to write 47 48 kgs i have write 57 58. Ok take care.

Advice...

first of all, I would say plz don't explain the private sizes of your wife here. you are her libaas.
Also many very private questions asked on the forum are actually not required...
i think for a height of 5 feet, she should aim a weight not more than 55kg.
These days, waist size is considered very reliable for the obesity. and ladies should try not having waist more than 36 in general.
For the breast size, I don't understand why everyone bothers abt size... should it be either bigger or smaller than present.
You were married 2 months ago and  let me tell you that breast size will increase during pregnancy, during breast-feeding... so stop bothering about it... and never make her so conscious that she starts taking any medicines for the breast size as this will be disastrous for both of you. and try not to comment any remarks on it as she had a surgery and this might be psychologically painful for her.

For reducing the weight, adapt healthy eating habits...
stop taking soft drinks, bakery items... decrease intake of sweet dishes, fried items etc.
Never skip breakfast... u may decrease intake during the day and take a light dinner.
Ask her to wait at least 4 hours between eating, neither less than and nor more than that.

Reducing weight has 2 components.
first healthy eating, second regular exercise.
She should try brisk walking atleast half an hour daily on a regular basis.
Also no exercise in harmful for her. She can do any.
try some aerobic exercises and those for reducing the waist and abdomen.
they are done while lying down straight.
i can't demonstrate here so maybe look for a video.
