Penis Enlargement: Can I Used Penis Enlargement Pills?

Asalaam u alaikum my name is imran and i m 26.5 yrs old still unmarried. Dr. Sb. i had been masturbating since when i was only 16 but i stopped masturbating in the age of 24. my pennis statistics are when flaccid its length is 2.5 inches and when fully erect its length  is 4.5 to 5 inches. Also the grith when flaccid is 2 inches and errect grith is 3 to 3.5 inches Please guide me if it is the perfect size but i want to enhance both the grith and length of my pennis to atleast 1 inch. Dr Sahab, can i use penis enlargement pills like Vigrx (Plus) or Prosulution pills or any other you suggest.My 2nd question is my testicles are small and not like healthy testicles. Should i check my sperm count or what you suggest. My Glans pennis is also small. my marriage is very near.
