I Have Drops Problem

hi me 22 years, unmarried.
my problem is that i get heavy secretion (qatrey) on just a slight erection. 2nd problem is that my penis is curved downward from base due to which it doesnt erect straight even on hard erection. but usually i also have erection problem before secretion erection remains hard but just after secretion i loses my erction even during sex i cant enter it inside without holding it in my hand.............
