aap thora sa wait kar lain yahan k aik senior member rizvi bhai aap ko is baray main proper guide kar sakaingay. jahan tak aap k nikkah valid hone ka taluk hae to agar nikkah valid nahi tha to un k sath azdawaji taluk hi kyun qaim kiya tha? ya aap apni khushi ko dekhtay ya abb apnay parents ki khushi ko dekhain . halala is tarah nahi hota k aik din shadi aur aglay din nikkah . jab tak un ki apnay husband se azdawaji rishta qaim nahi hoga us k baad agar woh un k sath na rehna chahain kisi waja se to divorce lekar aap se shadi kar sakti hain. lekin aap ko phir apnay parents ki khushi yaad agai to kiya karaingay? shadi k baad iddat poori karni parti hae khua aik din ki shadi ho.
