Mein nay 2 month pehlay gym start kiya tha aur saath mein food suppliment le raha hoon. Doctor approved hai k us mein steroids nahin hein bas high protein aur calorie count hein. Kch din pehlay tabiyat mein bohot garmi ki wajah say mein nay masturbate kiya relax honay k liye to sperm ka color bohot hi yellow tha aur shayad us mein blood k traces b thay. I was shocked after seeing that aur mein nay phir thandi cheezein lena shuru kar deen. net say information lene k baad muje pata chala k ese ho jata hai aur ye koi bimari nahin hai phir b mein curious hoon k koi major problem na ho. Kya kindly aap muje guide kar saktay hein please. Mera aik testi size mein b chota hai nisbatan doosray k par sperm count theek hai. Mere mein sexual feelings bohot hain aur mein khud ko bhot wild sa consider karta hoon. mein nay kabhi ZANA kya JINS parasti nahin ki aur na hi mere mein koi bad habit hai.

I have started body building in a gym two months back and also started to take food supplements free from steroids. bhai sahab problem ye hai k..ye jo aap high calorie or protein le rahe ho yahi aap k liye nuqsan deh hai yaar normal exercise karo bus .........high proteins aur calories lene se aap waqt se pehle apni mardangi kho bethoge ..kafi log ye harkatein kate hain jab nuqsan pohachta hai to akal thikanay lagti hai mere dost ne bhi gym join karne k baad yahi lena start kiya tha us k saath bhi yahi huwa ....bhai waqt hai ye lena chor do ....exercise karo sirf achi diet rakho ....normal jo hoti hai bananas khao boiled egg khao .....machli khao..isi ye aap k liye zyada acha hai ....proteions lena chor do ye steroids he hote hain bus ye hai k doctor ko to bechna hai wo q sahi batayega aap ko aaj kal har koi paisay k peche bhag raha hai .......waqt hai meri baat maan lo warna jaani aik din yaad kkaroge mujh ko

par mere bahi ... suppliments sari duniya khati hai, faraq itna hota hai k kuch log steroids wali khatay hein aur kch log anabolics wali. jab k mein sirf whey protein hi use kar raha hoon aur branded company k outlet say purchase kar k original cheez doctors approved hi kha raha hoon. ye sab mje b pata hai k k isay khanay say mardangi ati aur jati hai k nai.

kher muje mera answer mil gaya tha aur doctor ka kehna hai k koi esa masla nai hai ALLAH ka shukar hai. Masla ye hai k garmi zayada ho gaey hai aur uski waja say prostate mein zayada heat honay ki waja say kabi kabi koi bareek si vein phat jati hai aur semen mein blood shamil ho jata hai, aur agar der say ehtalaam ho to semen ka color brown hota hai.. doctor said its not to worry. bas thandi cheezein khaein pien 2-3 din mein khudhi theek h jaey ga !

In most of the cases especially in young people single or two episodes of blood with semen does not have any seriousness. Bleeding presumably follows damage to small blood vessels in the urinary tract or prostate gland. This may come from minor trauma or irritation, or growth of normal blood vessels. Small amounts of blood may linger in the semen for weeks, but almost all cases resolve on their own. No evaluation other than an examination by your doctor and a urine specimen for analysis could be required. A more thorough work-up may be worthwhile in older men, or in men who have persistent or recurring episodes of bleeding.
