My Big Tummy: Husband Dont Want To Share Bed With Me

he everyone afer the first babys birth i got some weight and now doing exercises and taking pills to reduce my weight. during pregnancy it was 80kilo and after 5 months of delivery now it is 68kilo but my husband dont like me either and even no bed sharing as he said i have no interest in you as you have a big tummy,that hit my mind and heart so please tell me that how can i got flat stamach and thinner thighs also smart face. Means please tell me tummy,thighs and face exercises as i want to reduce in a month.

you are 68kgs n what is ur height?? weight has to be according to height...

walk...(min 30min) if possible 1hr n brisk walking its good for stomach n thighs..

2ndly lie flat on floor keep both knees at right angle yani tangey knees jor kr uthe hon aur api seedhi flat laiti hon. Ab dono bazo sar k neeche rakh kar sar ko upper uthana he toward knees do 10-15times ths thng ..4 times a day at dffrnt times...

pills---to reduce weight.i donot suggest them at all...most weight reduction pills have side effects in long term n that too v.severe side effects

never go on crash diet for weight reduction..(loosing.excess weight in short time period is harmful).........moderate diet removing excess eating habits...

avoid taking snack n fast food in between meals

. Plus never lie down imediatly aftr meal as ppl do aftr dopahar meal....

Dönot drnk water aftr meal its gud to drnk 2glas watr bfr meal n nt inbtwn or aftr....

use more fesh juices,fruits,vegetable salad....

boiled rice are okey....avoid oily rice

excess sugary products n artificial sweetners....

use well balanced diet with bulk of proteins(egg,white meat pulses,milk) and vitamins(fruits,vegetable) and less carbohydrate n fats

i understand ur worry that ur husband nt taking interest but i think he should be happy with the baby and know its part of pregnency n now ur trying to loose..

do u breastfeed the baby......its the best thing to loose weight after pregnancy

height agr 5 6 ya 5  5 hai to weight zada hai agr issay kum hai to b zada hai weight normal 50 to 58 hona chayeee maximum wrnaa charm chala jata hai or aapka to abi aik hi baby hoaa hai usi me aapki figure kharaab ho gaiii maintain rakhoooo apne aap kooo taakay aapke husband attract hon aapse wse aapke husband aapse pyaar nahin karte hain yeh to confrim hai wrna yeh nahin kehte hain frankly speaking aapko suggest karte kch k yeh karoo wo karoo yeh nahin kehte k interest khtm hogaya hai sirf physical sex interest hai unko aapmee  jabi asa kahaa jabi kehte hain understanding zrori hai shaadi meeee jo k aapke husband or aap me nazr nahin arahi

pir b exercise kiya karoo running machine khareeb loo rooz running kiya karoo juices zada use karooo or fast food kum kardoo INSHALLAH farq parygaaa

pait kam karne k lie yeh tareeqa bohot paayedar hota hai, jesa k waterr ne ooper bayan kia hai, lekin dihaan rahe k yeh exercise khaali pait karni hai, warna ulta nuqsaan hota hai.....

overall waterr aur rock ki suggestions par amal karne ki koshish karo....

and yes it is done on empty stomach...u r rite ...waisey he on full stomach its difficult to do due to heaviness
